Terms and conditions

1. General provisions

1.1. The terms and conditions presented hereunder (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”) states the terms for making and performing sales agreements in the online store Shop My Mood, as well as the rights and obligations set for the parties of such agreements.

1.2. The online store Shop My Mood, referred to above in point 1.1, is available on the following website: www.shopmymood.com.

1.3. The online store is owned by Katarzyna Żechowicz (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”), who conducts business activities as: Shop My Mood Katarzyna Żechowicz with its registered seat in Warsaw (at ul. Łucka 18/15, 00-845 Warsaw), email address: contact@shopmymood.com, registered under the following NIP [Tax ID] no: PL7393692032, and REGON [Polish National Registry Number]: 361187289.

1.4. The object of business activity of Shop My Mood is retail sales of clothes, shoes, jewelry, handbags, accessories, household goods, cosmetics, paintings and graphics, and food products (hereinafter mutually referred to as: “Products”).

1.5. The online service of Shop My Mood allows to:

1.5.1. Acquire information concerning the Products available in Shop My Mood;

1.5.2. Make purchase offers by people who use the service (hereinafter referred to as “Purchasers”). The registration on the service Shop My Mood, in order to make a purchase, is optional. Information, available via the website indicated in point 1.2., including Product descriptions and marking of their prices, does not constitute an offer according to the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code, and are only an invitation for making a purchase offer (hereinafter referred to as “the Order”) by the Purchaser.

1.6. Completing the registration, referred to in point 1.5.2., on the online store Shop My Mood by a person using this service is equivalent to accepting the Rules. Making purchase offers by Purchasers that are not registered in the service Shop My Mood is equal to accepting the Rules.

1.7. In order to use the online store Shop My Mood, including obtaining information on the Products, one needs:

1.7.1. Internet connection;

1.7.2. A web browser;

1.7.3. An active e-mail account.

1.8. The Seller is not responsible, as far as legally possible, for any disruption, including discontinuity, in functioning of Shop My Mood that is caused by force majeure, illegal activity of a person or third party, or the incompatibility of the online store Shop My Mood with the technical infrastructure used by persons who try to use the service offered by Shop My Mood.

1.9. The Seller is not responsible, as far as legally possible, for any failure or delay in delivery of the subject of the Order arising from incorrect or incomplete data given by the Purchaser, including, in particular, an incorrect or inaccurate address of residence or seat, delivery address, or an incorrect or inaccurate e-mail address.

1.10. The Seller is not responsible, as far as legally possible, for e-mail messages being blocked (or deleted) by the administrators of mail servers or software installed on the computer, including anti-spam filters, of the person who is using the internet store Shop My Mood.

 

2. Orders

2.1. Purchases in the online store Shop My Mood may be made only by adult natural persons, legal person, or legal entities without legal personality which are granted legal ability by law. A person shopping in the online store Shop My Mood on behalf of a legal person or entity, which has been indicated in the previous sentence, as well as on behalf of any third party (such as, e.g. the employer) by making a purchase declares that they have proper authorization to represent this person or entity.

2.2. The agreement may be concluded in Polish or English.

2.3. The order in the online store Shop My Mood may be made via the form available on the website indicated in point 1.2. of the Rules.

2.4. The procedure for making an Order, which has been indicated in point 2.3., is every time finished by effective clicking on the “Order with payment obligation” button by the Purchaser that is, at the same time, equivalent to confirming by the Purchaser that the order form has been completed correctly. This generates an automatic proper reply from the system, which sends to the e-mail address, indicated in the form, an e-mail message concerning making an Order. A confirmation of receiving a purchase offer is not equivalent to accepting such offer. The offer is binding for the Purchaser in the moment when the Seller confirms, without delay, receiving the Order described in two previous sentences.

2.5. If the execution of the order is possible, an e-mail message shall be sent to the e-mail address of the Purchaser with confirmation of accepting the Order to be executed. The confirmation of accepting the Order for execution is a declaration of the Seller that the offer has been accepted.

2.6. The orders are executed according to the order they have been made in.

2.7. The Seller has the right to set a maximum quantity of a particular Product included in a single Order, as well as to set a limitation related to the delivery or payment methods. Any limitations, which have been mentioned in the previous sentence, will be each time indicated on the page, on which the “Order with payment obligation”, discussed in point 2.4., is found.

2.8. On special circumstances (e.g. when there is no Product in the warehouse or when there is no possibility of purchasing the Product by the Seller from the suppliers within the date indicated as the approximate date of Product availability) the execution of the transaction indicated in the Order may be impossible. In such situations, the Seller shall inform the Purchaser by e-mail about the circumstances within time set by the effective rules.

2.9. In case of a situation described in point 2.8, the Seller will offer the Purchaser:

2.9.1. cancellation of the Order (as defined in point 2.11) in whole;

2.9.2. cancellation of the Order (as defined in point 2.11.) in the part in which the situation described in point 2.8 occurs.

2.10. In case when the Purchaser did not choose any of the solutions described in point 2.9, the Seller will cancel the Order (as defined in point 2.11) in the part in which the situation described in point 2.9 occurs, and perform the sales agreement for the remaining part.

2.11. Cancellation of the Order, referred to in points 2.9.1. and 2.9.2., should be understood as the right of withdrawal of the Seller and this right becomes stipulated hereby. This right may be executed in case of a situation described in point 2.8., in the context of the rules set in point 2.9. and 2.10. This right may be executed by the Seller within 30 (thirty) days from entering into sales agreement with the Purchaser.

 

3. Prices and payments

3.1. Prices of the Products are shown in the British currency (GBP) convertible to EUR and USD and represent gross prices. The given prices of Products do not include delivery costs, which depend on the chosen method of executing the order, value of the order, carrier and weight of the Products. The total price with all the costs, in particular the delivery costs, is being given after the Purchaser completes the form that is available on the website specified in point 1.2. of the Rules, just before the Purchaser is to click the „Order with payment obligation” button.

3.2. The Purchaser may choose from the following payment methods:

3.2.1. regular transfer – made to the bank account of the Seller, that is: PL20114020040000390275628069; BIC/SWIFT: BREXPLPWMBK;

3.2.2. payment via the service Shop My Mood, available on www.shopmymood.com;

3.3. The settlement of transactions, the payment for which is made via the service specified in point 3.2.2., is conducted via PayPal which is owned by an entity other than the Seller.

3.4. In case of doubt on the change of currency, the price in EUR is considered to be valid.

 

4. Delivery

4.1. The Products ordered by the Purchaser are delivered by a courier.

 

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. Within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the Product, the consumer may withdraw from the sales agreement made with the Seller for convenience and without paying costs other than: the direct costs for the return, additional costs arising from the choice made by the consumer, method of delivery other than the cheapest. Moreover, the consumer is obligated to pay for the service fulfilled up to the moment of the withdrawal from the agreement. The right of withdrawal, which is described in the previous sentence, may be executed by submitting a declaration on the form, the template of which is available in Appendix no 2 to the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 (and is, as well, provided to the Consumer every time before making an Order as a part of the Rules). In order to meet the deadline indicated in the previous sentence, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the end of the deadline to the e-mail address of the Seller, as indicated in point 1.3.

5.2. The right of withdrawal, as described in point 5.1., cannot be granted to the consumer in reference to the following agreements:

5.2.1. agreement for services, if the contractor conducted the service fully with the explicit approval of the consumer who was notified before the start of the service that after completing the service by the contractor, the consumer will lose the right o withdrawal from the agreement;

5.2.2. in which the price or remuneration depends on the fluxions of the financial market, which are beyond control of the contractor and which may occur before the end of the deadline of withdrawing from the agreement;

5.2.3. in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item produced according to the specification provided by the consumer and used to satisfy their individual needs; such an item will be marked in the store Shop My Mood as “on request”;

5.2.4. in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates rapidly or has a short shelf life;

5.2.5. in which the subject of the service is an item that is delivered in a sealed package after opening of which a return is impossible due to health safety or sanitary aspects;

5.2.6. in which the subject of the service are items which after delivery, due to their nature, are permanently attached to other items;

5.2.7. in which the subject of the service are alcoholic drinks, the price of which has been negotiated upon making the sales agreement and the delivery of which is possible only after 30 days, and the value of which depends on the fluxions of the financial market, which are beyond control;

5.3. The Seller is responsible for nonconformity of Products with the agreement in accordance with the rules concerning implied warranty for defects set in the act – Civil Code of 23 April 1964. In case of declaring nonconformity of the Products with the agreement, the consumer (being the Purchaser) who made a Purchase of Products, is obligated to notify the online store Shop My Mood about such a situation, by describing the nonconformity and indicating the method of executing the claim. The proper address for submitting claims is the address specified in point 1.3.

 

6. Personal data protection and privacy policy

6.1. The online store Shop My Mood attaches a particular importance to respect privacy of the Sellers. In respect of the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 20016, Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection and the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 as regards personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for the personal data processing. The online store Shop My Mood very carefully assorts and employs proper technical and organizational measures in order to provide a correct personal data protection. In particular, it protects the data before it is made available to unauthorized persons, as well as before it is processed against the legal regulations in force. The online store Shop My Mood has a permanent control over the processing of data and limits the access to data, as far as possible, while granting proper authorizations only when it is necessary for correct operations of the online store Shop My Mood. As a part of the implemented Policy on Information Safety and Instructions for Information System Management, the online store Shop My Mood informs, in points 6.2. – 6.13., about the rules concerning protection of personal data of the Purchasers.

6.2. The administrator of the personal data collected by the online store Shop My Mood is Katarzyna Żechowicz who lives in Warsaw (at ul. Łucka 18/15, 00-845 Warsaw) and conducts business activity as Shop My Mood Katarzyna Żechowicz with its seat in Warsaw (at ul. Łucka 18/15, 00-845 Warsaw), registered under the following NIP [Tax ID] no: PL7393692032, and REGON [Polish National Registry Number]: 361187289, and being the owner of the service Shop My Mood.

6.3. The collection of personal data of the customers and users of the online store Shop My Mood (referred to in the Rules as “Purchasers”) has been submitted for registration to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection and is entered into the national registry of personal data collection under the number [_].

6.4. Personal data of the Purchasers is processed in accordance with GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 20016, the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection and the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 as regards personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for the personal data processing.

6.5. Personal data of the Purchasers is processed under the approval of the Purchasers themselves and the statutory authorizations permitting data processing strictly in order to execute and settle the agreements made by the Seller.

6.6. Provision of any personal data to the Seller is voluntary. Nevertheless, provision of some of the data is a condition required to make an agreement with the Seller.

6.7. Personal data provided by the Purchasers during the registration and placing orders shall be used for accounting purposes, for contacting the Purchaser in order to perform the agreement, or any other actions that are legally justified under the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection.

6.8. The data on the Purchasers may be made available to entities which have the right to obtain them under the legal regulations in force, including the competent judiciary authority.

6.9. The Seller does not store any sensitive personal data of the Seller.

6.10. Data on the Sellers shall be stored for a period not longer than it is required to execute their processing. This data shall be removed afterward.

6.11. The Purchaser has the right to:

6.11.1. make corrections, additions, updates, or rectification of their personal data;

6.11.2. demand deletion of their personal data; request access to your personal data; confirm of whether your personal data is processed by the shop; request removal of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”), request to limit the processing of your personal data; transfer your personal data;

6.11.3. contest against processing of their personal data. In such the above mentioned situations, the Seller may send an e-mail to help@shopmymood.com, or deliver a proper demand as a certified letter to the address indicated in point 1.3.

6.11.4 submit a complaint to the supervisory body, which from May 25, 2018 is the President of The Office for Personal Data Protection

6.12. Shop My Mood may refuse to delete data of the user (Purchaser) of the service only in the cases indicated in the regulations in force, particularly if the user did not settle all the liabilities to the store, or also when Shop My Mood obtains and saves a piece of information that the user, by his or her current behavior, has breached the Rules or the legal regulations in force and holding such data is required to clarify the circumstances and determine the responsibility of the user.

6.13. The Seller uses the collected IP addresses, which are collected during Internet connections, for technical purposes and purposes concerning the proper administration of the online store Shop My Mood. Moreover, IP addresses are used to collect general statistic information.

6.14. The personal data of Users who make on-line payments for the purchased Goods (by payment card or by a direct connection with the bank) are relayed to the company PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A with its registered office Luxembourg. This transfer of personal data concerns only the data required for performing the payment by PayPal (in particular: name and surname, address of the User, e-mail address) and is conducted:

  1. a) under the agreement of entrustment of personal data processing, made between Shop My Mood and PayPal;
  2. b) in order to perform by PayPal the payments for the purchased Goods and fulfill by PayPal the obligations provided by legal regulations (within this scope, the rules by PayPal are employed prior to the approval of the User);
  3. c) immediately after the User of the Service chooses to make a payment in form of an on-line payment.

6.15. Personal data of Users placing an order in a store may be made available to entities that carry out the shipment of orders, including courier companies and Poczta Polska. The provision of data is necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR); Users’ personal data may also be made available to other entities supporting the store in the provision of electronic services, including the hosting company servicing the website www.shopmymood.com, as well as companies cooperating with the store as part of advertising and marketing development.

6.16. The Seller uses “cookie” files. Information collected by “cookie” files allow to adjust the service and content to the individual needs and preferences of the Purchasers, as well as are used for elaborating the general statistics on the usage of the online store Shop My Mood. Turning off the option that allows saving “cookie” files in the web browser does not preclude from using the online store Shop My Mood.

6.17. Customers of the Service may receive commercial information and news in form of mailing.

6.17.1. In order to receive mailing, it is required to approve sending commercial information and news. The User may cancel the approval for receiving commercial information and news at any moment.

6.17.2. Canceling the approval for receiving commercial information and news by the User is available by checking the correct option included in the e-mail information sent to the User. The approval may also be canceled by contacting Shop My Mood via e-mail or telephone, by using the e-mail or telephone indicated in point 1.3. and used for contacting Shop My Mood.

6.17.3. Shop My Mood uses its best efforts to make the messages being a part of mailing to be sent no more than it is necessary and to prevent them from overloading the mailbox of the receiver of mailing.

 

7 Cookie Policy

7.1. Apart from information hold in cookie files, the service does not collect automatically any information.

7.2. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) constitute information data, particularly text files, which are held at the end device of the User of the Service and are destined to be used with the web pages of the Service. Cookies usually include the name of the website they come from, the time they have been held in the end device, and a unique number.

7.3. The entity that places cookie files in the end device of the User of the Service and has access to them is the operator of the service Shop My Mood with its seat at ul. Łucka 18/15, 00-845 Warsaw;

7.4. Cookie files are used for:

  1. adjusting the content of web pages of the Service to the preferences of the User and optimizing the usage of web pages; in particular, these files enable recognition of the device of the User of the Service and a proper display of the website, adjusted to his or her individual needs;
  2. creating statistics that help to understand the way in which the Users of the Service use the websites, which allows enhancement of their structure and content;
  3. maintaining the session of the User of the Service (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to enter his or her login and password on each subpage of the Service;

7.5. There are two basic types of cookie files used within Service: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the end device of the User until he or she logs out, leaves the website or switches of the software (web browser). Persistent cookie files are stored in the end device of the User for a period defined in the parameters of cookie files or until they are removed by the User.

7.6. As part of the Service, the following types of cookie files are used:

  1. “essential” cookie files that enable using the services available as part of the Service, e.g. authorizing cookie files are used for services that must be authorized as part of the Service;
  2. cookie files that are used for protection, e.g. used to find abuse of authorization within the Service;
  3. “performance” cookie files that allow collecting information on the ways the web pages of the Service are used;
  4. “functional” cookie files enable “remembering” of certain settings and interface personalization of the User, e.g. concerning the selected language or region the User comes from, font size, design of the website, etc.;
  5. “commercial” cookie files that enable delivering to the User commercial content that is adjusted to his or her interests.

7.7. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows storing cookie files in the end device of the User as default. At any time, the Users of the Service may change the settings concerning cookie files. These settings may be changed particularly in a way to block the automatic management of cookie files in the settings of the web browser, or to inform every time cookies are stored in the device of the User of the Service. Detailed information on manner and methods of managing cookie files may be accessed through the settings of the software (web browser).

7.8. The operator of the Service notifies that the limitation in the usage of cookie files may affect some of the functions available on the web pages of the Service.

7.9. The content of the cookie policy has been obtained from http://wszystkoociasteczkach.pl/

 

8. Additional legal disclaimers

8.1. The content and structure of the online service Shop My Mood is protected with copyrights. Copying the data or information, particularly using the texts available on the website, as well as their parts, or images, for purposes other than non-commercial purposes and without prior consent of their owner, is prohibited.

8.2. The websites and Internet services to which links are available on the website specified in point 1.2. have been prepared by third party entities. Thus, the Seller is not responsible for any information, advice, opinions, suggestions or materials presented on these websites and services.

8.3. Descriptions of Products displayed on the online store Shop My Mood are used only for information and identification purposes. These descriptions are presented in a shortened form. Before using the Products, one should read the leaflet/instruction or the possible information placed on the packaging.

 

9. Special provisions concerning provision of service by Shop My Mood by electronic means

9.1. In cases when the online store Shop My Mood provides services by electronic means, as part of such services the Rules set terms in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on rendering electronic services, subject to point 9.13.

9.2. The technical requirements in order to use the ICT system used by the Seller are specified in point 1.7.

9.3. It is prohibited for third parties using the online store Shop My Mood to provide content of illegal nature.

9.4. Entering into an agreement for services provided by electronic means is concluded when a person starts to use Shop My Mood and a particular service.

9.5. The agreement for services provided by electronic means may be terminated on terms as defined by the legal regulations in force, as well as – within the scope it is allowed by the regulations in force – by submitting to the Seller a declaration, in written form (and sent to the address indicated in point 1.3.) or sent via e-mail (to e-mail address help@shopmymood.com), about terminating the agreement for services provided by electronic means, with a clear indication which agreement is being terminated.

9.6. In cases when the online store Shop My Mood provides services by electronic means, as part of such services the Rules set terms in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on rendering electronic services, subject to point 9.13.

9.7. The technical requirements in order to use the ICT system used by the Seller are specified in point 1.7.

9.8. It is prohibited for third parties using the online store Shop My Mood to provide content of illegal nature.

9.9. Entering into an agreement for services provided by electronic means is concluded when a person starts to use Shop My Mood and a particular service.

9.10. The agreement for services provided by electronic means may be terminated on terms as defined by the legal regulations in force, as well as – within the scope it is allowed by the regulations in force – by submitting to the Seller a declaration, in written form (and sent to the address indicated in point 1.3.) or sent via e-mail (to e-mail address help@shopmymood.com), about terminating the agreement for services provided by electronic means, with a clear indication which agreement is being terminated.

9.11. The procedure for reclamation concerning services provided by electronic means is as follows:

9.11.1. persons who are clients of a particular service may file a reclamation in the scope of services provided by electronic means by the Seller; the reclamation must be filed in a written form (sent to the address specified in point 1.3.) or via e-mail (to the e-mail address indicated in point 9.10.);

9.11.2. a reclamation should include:

9.11.2.1. indication of the client and their address or e-mail address;

9.11.2.2. indication of the service the reclamation is referring to;

9.11.2.3. justification;

9.11.3. The Seller shall use best effort to examine the reclamations, specified in points 9.11.1. and 9.11.2., without unnecessary delay;

9.11.4. after the reclamation has been processed, the Seller shall notify the person who submitted the reclamation whether it has been accepted or refused to be accepted (the information about refusal, however, shall include a justification).

9.12. In order to fulfill the requirements set in the Act mentioned in point 9.6., the Seller hereby informs that:

9.12.1. using services that are provided by electronic means is connected with certain risk. The basic risk is related to the possibility of the ICT system being infected by malicious software, including so-called viruses, worms and Trojan horses. In order to avoid the risks connected with such malware, it is encouraged that persons using the online store Shop My Mood should install anti-virus software and keep it up-to-date.

9.12.2. The Seller introduces cookie files to the information system, which is used by the user of the online store Shop My Mood.

9.13. The Seller reserves the right to elaborate rules distinct from the one presented hereunder, in case of particular services provided by electronic means. In a situation in which such a distinct set of rules is in force, the provisions in points 9.6.-9.12. do not apply for the service, which it concerns.

 

10. Reclamations

10.1. The Seller, as the selling party, is responsible towards the consumers on the basis of warrant determined in – Civil Code (act of 23 April 1964).

10.2. In the case of sales agreements, in which the purchaser is not a consumer, articles 556-576 of the Civil Code are excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10.3. The term “consumer” used in points 10.1. and 10.2. should be understood as an individual who acts in law with the contractor in a way that is not related to their business or professional activity.

10.4. Reclamations (including reclamations concerning the way the online store Shop My Mood operates) may be filed:

10.4.1. in writing, to the address indicated in point 1.3.;

10.4.2. by e-mail, to the address indicated in point 9.10. The Seller shall use best effort to examine the reclamation without delay.

 

11. Final provisions

11.1. The Seller employs the Ethic Code for Entrepreneurs that is available on the website of the Polish Chamber of Economy at: http://www.kig.pl/kodeks-etyki-dla-przedsiebiorcow.html, in its wording, from the date the Rules become effective.

10.2. The Seller may change the Rules without the consent of the Purchasers, without providing a reason and at any time, subject to point 10.3. The changes mentioned in the previous sentence do not limit the rights obtained by the Purchasers before the changes became effective.

10.3. The Purchaser shall be notified on the changes made in the Rules by a message uploaded by the Seller on the website of the Seller: www.shopmymood.com. Such a notification shall include the changes in the Rules and will be available for at least 10 (ten) calendar days. Moreover, the Purchasers shall be also notified by the Seller via a notification, sent to the e-mail address, that will include the list of changes in the Rules. This notification, specified in the previous sentence, shall occur not later than 10 (ten) days before implementing such changes in the Rules. In a situation in which the Purchaser does not accept the changes in the Rules, the Purchaser must notify the Seller within 10 (ten) days from the notification specified in the previous sentence. Such a refusal is equal to resignation from using the online store Shop My Mood and to authorizing the Seller to delete the account of the Purchaser from the service. Absence of such refusal is equal to accepting the changes proposed by the Seller.

11.4. The numbers of points referred to in the Rules without any further indication, specify the editorial units of the Rules.

11.5. All the names and descriptions of Products, as well as logotypes of respective brands are used for identification purposes and may be subject to protection under the regulations of the Act of 30 June 2000 – The industrial property law.

11.6. All the persons who use the online store Shop My Mood may gain access to the Rules at any time via the link available on the web page: Terms and Conditions, copy the content and print it.

 

Appendix no 1 Instruction on the withdrawal from an agreement and the form for withdrawal from an agreement

 

The right of withdrawal from an agreement

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the agreement lapses after 14 days from the day you came into possession of an item or a third party or a carrier indicated by you came into possession of an item.

In order to execute the right to withdraw from the agreement, you must notify us (the online store Shop My Mood) about your decision on withdrawing from this agreement in a way of an explicit declaration sent to the following e-mail address: help@shopmymood.com

You may use the form template for withdrawal from the agreement, although it is not compulsory. In order to meet the deadline set for withdrawing from the agreement, you must only send a notification concerning the execution of your right to withdraw from the agreement before the lapse of the set deadline.

Effects of withdrawing from the agreement.

In case of withdrawing from this agreement, we return to you the payments, including costs for delivering the item (except for additional costs arising from a method chosen by you that is any other than the cheapest method of delivery that we offer), without delay and, in any case, no longer than after 14 days from the date in which we were notified about your decision to execute the right to withdraw from this agreement. We will return the payments in the same payment methods they were made originally, unless you explicitly agreed to use another option; in any case you will not incur any charges related to such return. We may postpone a return of payment until we receive the item back or until we are provided with a proof of it having been sent, depending on which event occurred earlier.
